Brian responded quickly and informatively to (what must have been) over 100 of my text messages throughout the process, asking for details on every bit of the car, and every bit of fine print on the purchase agreements. I was seen immediately on arrival, no waiting around, and we took nearly 2 hours test driving while Brian answered all of my questions. Also gave me an excellent deal on my trade-in. Brian also took his personal time to research things for me into the evening, and even changed his work schedule to accommodate my availability. Very transparent in their processes, I left Sloan Ford feeling very confident in the quality and price of the car, as well as it's service agreement (warrantied up to 97k miles, comprehensive!). The truck looked good except for the fact that it had 4 bald tires, needed front end alignments, and seemed like it was burning oil. We were trying to negotiate the price, when the sales guy left us to "talk to his manager" about what he could do. We waited and waited and were assured he would be right with us when we asked where he was. After over an hour of waiting, we saw him dealing with other customers. We left and drove the 70 miles back home in disgust. Avoid this place. Only people with deep pockets that they can cheat are worth their time. More

I was looking for a car with a fairly specific set of options, and Sloan had a car that matched everything but color. After providing them with pricing from a competing dealer's pricing, we wound up at a very good price. Ultimately, I wound up making the purchase at another dealer because of the color of the car (unfortunately for me neither dealer had my first choice). But I feel certain I would have been very satisfied buying at Sloan. More

Easy going, quick to get the info I needed, did not spend wasted exhausting hours just sitting there waiting to get a sheet with cost broken down and trade value etc...like many other dealers do...."the old, lets wear them out, and they'll be content to buy something" routine. These guys did not do this, the numbers were straight forward and no xx or extra fees added....and they came in with an aggressive price right off the bat. I want to Thank James Shiflet and the other staff for treating me with respect and not xx'ing me in the process....sorry we did not do business this time, but maybe next time myself or my wife are in the market! He had direct access to his manager which made negotiating quick and smooth. All paperwork was ready when we arrived to finalize the deal as well as the car was cleaned and filled with gas. Sloan Ford was very attentive to my needs and responded to communications via text, phone, website chat, etc. I started by looking for a new Ford, and told them I would not be purchasing for a few weeks. to communications via text, phone, website chat, etc. I started by looking for a new Ford, and told them I would not be purchasing for a few weeks. They did not push me into making an earlier decision. When I had less money for a down payment than I thought I would and had to change to looking at used vehicles, they had the perfect vehicle. When I told Brian, I had health issues that prevented me from standing around very much, both cars I wanted to test drive were warmed up and ready to go when I got there. They fixed it so I could take my car home on Saturday and returned my rental car for me. They held my hand every step of the way and answered all my questions. When my check engine light came on a couple of times, I notified Brian, and he was right there when I walked in the door and took care of it for me even though he was in sales and not service. I didn't have to do a thing but show up. It was a small problem and he had it sorted in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way. I can't say enough about the great service provided by Brian and Ausin and their team at Sloan Ford. I also had my old car worked on there a number of times and the service was always fast, friendly and helpful.
