When we made it to the dealer the next day the car was clean and ready for our inspection Brain was even outside waiting for us !!!!!! After a great presentation we talked price after a little back and forth we agreed upon a price we both could live with...As for the delivery process ..perfect again car was cleaned according to our request ( no tire shine) and it a very reasonable time we were driving our new used Mustang :) our initial ride home was over 2 hours and we enjoyed every minute. Now the even better part I can be extremely critical on how I am treated from start to finish I am happy to say I would do it again every one at Slone was GREAT, I had the car checked out the following Monday and as I expected no surprises the car was everything they told me and showed me... STEVE PATTERSON, THE DEALERSHIP OWNER, GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE ON THE CAR AND MADE SURE IT WAS CORRECTLY ORDERED. HE ALSO FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH CHECKING WITH FORD WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED WITH THEM AS TO IT'S BUILD DATE AND WHEN IT WOULD ARRIVE ETC. THEY ALSO HAVE ONE MECHANIC ASSIGNED TO GO OVER EVERY NEW CAR FROM TOP TO BOTTOM BEFORE IT'S TURNED OVER TO THE BUYER. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB CHECKING OUT THE CAR AND DETAILING IT AND EVEN POLISHING IT UP. IT'S ONE SHARP LOOKING FORD. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE HAD ALL OF MY CARS SERVICED AND INSPECTED AT SLOAN FORD AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB WITH THEIR SERVICE WORK AND THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT AND WHY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND THEIR SERVICE PRICING IS VERY FAIR. THEY DO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND I WILL ONCE AGAIN BE A RETURN CUSTOMER! More
