We have been to at least 5 Hyundai dealers in the last 4 weeks and have been treated pretty bad. Most seemed like bait and switch, most started there pricing off at MSRP. I have never paid MSRP ever, I see the hybrids are getting a premium. I got a Internet price from Flemington Hyundai and I was very good (had to add destination to the price. So we decided to take the 2 hour trip from Long Island, which for the price we got was worth it. We had a price for a Sonata Limited w/o Nav, but when we got there we liked the Nav and the backup camera. Williams worked up a great price for the car, and a good price on the trade we had. We have bought plenty of cars over the years and this place was one of the best to deal with. I have learned now after shopping for 2 different cars in the last 9 months, not to buy a car on Long Island. It must cost more to operate on Long Island so for me it's worth the trip. When we worked on the price it was painless, pretty much gave William a price and he works with us. He only came back once and we agreed. Then it was off to finance thought maybe we would get the song and dance. Nothing only an asset to the company (Nick) he went over everything with no pressure what so ever. He even found us a better rate on a 60 month loan. I would definitly recommend Flemington to purchase a car from and it's worth the trip. More

Did my EXTREME price shopping online before even stepping foot into this dealership. Not only did they match and beat the pricing I got on TWO new Hyundais, but they also tossed in all the accessories and a foot into this dealership. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, this dealership takes a very casual "un-salesly" approach to selling. At no point was I rushed. Both vehicles were prepared meticulously for us. They did have to locate the 1 car in the color we wanted, which took a bit of time, but that's understandable and they were polite about it. I should mention that I traded in my car which was still under lease and over mileage, Felmington didn't hesitate to pay off the vehicle in full without any problems and within 3 weeks of me driving the new cars off their lot. As a car-shopping nightmare for most dealers, I really appreciated their attitude and willingness to work with us. Their manager Chris was extremely respectful and pleasant. He kept us up to date and informed us as soon as the car arrived. The car was spotless and totally ready for us when we got there. He took his time explaining the car to us and even set up my wife's phone to the bluetooth in the vehicle. The Finance Dept. was ready for us and already had our contract printed up. He explained it simply and in detail. We were in and out in an hour or so. That includes the fresh coffee they made us. Then to have one of his salesman continue this terrific treatment right where he left off was very surprising for me especially after I went to three other Hyundai dealerships and either was ignored and not taking seriously or completely abused and disrespected. There is no other Hyundai dealership to buy a car from other then Flemingon Hyundai they treated me the best, got the vehicle I wanted even though they didn'thave it there and I was told by all the other dealers it was almost impossible to get, gave me the best price in the least amount of time and delivered it to my door!!! Then they called the next day to make sure I was completely happy. Don't even waste your time going anywhere else if you want to buy a Hyundai go to flemington and ask for gravy! More

Went to Flemington Hyundai to buy a car. They lied to us about having a car coming in very soon that met all our requirements. They did this to take us out of the market, and to tie up or money. Promised us a loaner,because our was totaled in an accident. Assured us the car would be in soon. Short story, no car, no loaner, and they refused to refund our deposit. I was very pleased with my new vehicle purchase at Flemington Hyundai. The dealership was very clean, and the atmosphere was friendly. I thought Tim did a great job. No pressure approach. Tim took the time to answer any questions, asked my wife and I if we wanted a beverage, and directed my 9 and 6 year old girls to the tv. We got into the negotations and I informed Tim I had a number in mind and had spoken to several other dealerships. Long story short, Tim was able to get very close to my number, and truthfully, I paid a little more than another dealership offered, but Tim earned it. I found out that Tim lived in the same town as me 25 miles away. He offered in the future to bring home a loaner car with him from work and drive my car into the dealership for me when I needed service. Who does that these days? After my new plates came in, Tim drove them to my house on a Saturday night at 9 pm to deliver them to me. 4 weeks later, I am very happy with my car, and if you are reading this, please contact Tim at Flemington Hyundai for a nice buying experience. Over the next 2 1/2 months, which was the time from my first visit to when I actually bought the car, Bart and the internet representative Frank, followed up with me periodically to keep me informed of any new incentives as well as the availability of the car that I was considering. When I finally decided to get the car the actual buying experience was great. The day of, I was able to test drive as many different versions of the car as I wanted. They gave me the time, information and flexibility to make the right decision. Even the financing/paperwork experience was friendly. I ended up leaving the dealership with the car that I wanted, at a price that I felt good about. I'm confident that my maintenance and ongoing relationship with Flemington Hyundai will be the same.
