After figuring out that the plan that I drew up in my head wasn't going to pan out I was pretty bummed. But luckily Andrew was amazing, he quickly ran me through every other option and did everything he could to make sure I left with the car i came in for, for a price that I could manage. Most importantly I really felt like he was genuinely excited to see me happy and he never once made me feel pressured, rushed, or scammed. All in all I really believe he went the extra mile for me. There was not a single haggle over price, no running to the Finance Manager to confir, none of the smoke and mirrors dishonest salesman tactics (yet again Ciocca & Faulkner I'm talking to you). We asked a fair purchase price for the new CrossTrek and that was that--Agreed first time!! Keith knew the ins and outs of the car and could educate us on the Cross Trek--notice I said educate not SELL. Keith actually made sure the car was spotless at delivery (caught him personally wiping spots off). Thank you to Fred Beans for all you do and the service you provide--you are truly one in a million!!!! More

Keith worked with me for hours, and showed me vehicles that would meet my needs and wants. I felt like he was really working for me, and not for himself. I will go back to Fred Beans as long as he works there.
