Average, They were quick to take my money as most are but they did not live up to their commitments. I came out of South Carolina to purchase the vehicle (600 + miles) and had set up a appointment to pick t they did not live up to their commitments. On my way to the dealership I received a call stating my vehicle would not be ready until the following day....this was 30 minutes before my appointment. I told them that was not acceptable and that I need the vehicle that day.... I spent my entire day waiting for the vehicle and all I got was a “ sorry” from the GM. Also, after I picked up the vehicle I had the vehicle inspected and found out that 2 of the 4 tires did not pass inspection and allegedly the reason for the delay was so they could inspect the vehicle. Over all I don’t think they respected my time or my wife’s time. They just seemed to be interested in the sale..... More
