I have been looking for this vehicle, a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica for a few months. I have been searching dealerships websites from New York City, Missouri, Arizona and Nevada, looking for this vehicle in Pacifica for a few months. I have been searching dealerships websites from New York City, Missouri, Arizona and Nevada, looking for this vehicle in the exact colors interior and exterior, and the exact equipment packages that I wanted. I had a difficult time finding this car due to the pandemic vehicles were not being shipped to dealership in a timely manner and my lease was about to expire. I was heading back to NY from Kansas City when I started another search and I saw that my dream car was in transit to Fred Fredericks Easton Chrysler Dodge, Jeep and Ram, and that is how I met Don Webb. Don did his research and saw that the vehicle was indeed on its way to his dealership and said it should arrive within a few days. He called me back about 3 hours later and said the delivery truck just pulled in with me deam car. He took pictures with his cell phone of the exterior and interior of the car and sent me a copy of the window sticker. Now came the hard part because I had a very tight budget, however it was not very hard at all. Don listened to me and he and his colleagues made this deal happen with I believe 3 or 4 6 minute phone calls. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Don Webb was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and he made the process pleasant. We basically did this deal over the phone and via the internet. Don made sure I received every rebate I qualified for. He answered my questions right away over the phone and through text. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car everything was in order, the prep job for the car was one of the best I ever had and to my surprise when I sighed the contract the payment was even lower than what I was originally told. Very friendly staff.. they were not pushy. They listened to what I wanted and got me my vehicle.
