From start to finish the process of buying my Ram 2500 Big Horn was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and made the purchase of my truck stress free. Melissa McHenry (Internet Manager) was able to get me the information I needed about the trucks I was interested in and get me set up with a great salesperson! Jennifer Conner (Salesperson) was knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at and helped me easily make a decision on the right truck for me. John Ireland (Finance) was professional and honest about my financing options and was able to get a reasonable payment for me. I highly recommend Fred Frederick. They gave me a great deal on my truck I will not hesitate to buy vehicles from there again in the future! More
