I have always been very leary of car salesmen, so when I visited this dealership, I really didn't expect to purchase a vehicle that day without first shopping around to confirm any deal they were offering. visited this dealership, I really didn't expect to purchase a vehicle that day without first shopping around to confirm any deal they were offering. I made them aware of my trust issues, and they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable, answering all of my questions and without any pressure. The manager even came over, introduced himself, and asked if there was anything that I was troubled about, because he too had heard of my hesitancy. After some hours of discussion, test drive and working of figures, I felt like they were being totally fair in the trade, discounts and arriving at the monthly payment I needed. Because of this, I saw no need to shop around further, and made the purchase. It was handled professionally and I left feeling good about the whole experience--and loving my new 200! Barring any future problems, I feel certain that I will return to this dealership and salesman for my future car needs. There was a defect in the steering wheel, and they agreed to replace it. I specifically waited until the new wheel was installed before writing this review, because I wanted to make sure they stood behind their product. The wheel was replaced within a week without any trouble whatsoever. They even washed and vacuumed the car while it was in for repair. This was a great added touch! More
