Terrible customer service, i bought a Truck in March and in April i referred a employee to them and i was told that in May i would receive a referral bonus well im still waiting for that bonus, I've been wa in April i referred a employee to them and i was told that in May i would receive a referral bonus well im still waiting for that bonus, I've been waiting for a response from a manager since July and I've been waiting for a referral bonus since May, I have left several messages with the Sales Person, the Manager and the GM i have yet to hear back from anyone I gave you $15,000 if I could I would like to get my money back but because I know I cant I'm stuck with the fact that they have my money and nothing else matters as long as they have the sale, forget about everything else More

This is my second time in less than two years that I have travelled 4 1/2 hours from my home in Louisiana to the Fred Haas Toyota dealerships to purchase new vehicles and I am very pleased with the experienc travelled 4 1/2 hours from my home in Louisiana to the Fred Haas Toyota dealerships to purchase new vehicles and I am very pleased with the experiences that I will continue to come to Texas in the future to make vehicle purchases despite the lengthy drive from my residence in Louisiana. Why do this? First the Fred Haas dealerships near Houston offer much larger volume of vehicles to choose from compared to the local dealerships in my area. Second, I have been able to get excellent deals and savings without haggling that I have experienced elsewhere at dealerships. Third, Toyota corporation builds reliable, efficient vehicles and allows for service contracts they offer to be completed at Toyota dealerships around the United States, so I can service my vehicles locally as needed for my situation without having to travel back and forth. I appreciate all the staff, including my new internet sales consultant Hector Gutierrez, new sales finance manager, Karl Erazo, and dealership new sales director Jim Wilkinson at Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring, Texas for assisting me with getting the vehicles I needed. They are top notch and responsive, easy to work with. They had me ready to go quickly and processed in a few hours (and that was for two vehicles at once) so I could get back on the road home to Louisiana. I’ll be back again when it’s time replace or assist some of my other family members with their vehicle needs. Thanks! More
