Poor Experience I had a very disappointing experience at Fred Haas Toyota World while trying to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry. Unfortunately, my experience with sales manager Az Serna was the biggest i at Fred Haas Toyota World while trying to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry. Unfortunately, my experience with sales manager Az Serna was the biggest issue. He came across as cocky, dismissive, and unwilling to work with me on the sale. I was genuinely interested in purchasing the vehicle, but his attitude and approach made me feel like my business was not wanted. A sales manager should be working to earn the customer's business, not the opposite. I will give credit where it is due: sales associate Eduardo Torres was good to work with. He was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciate his efforts. However, the interaction with the sales manager left such a negative impression that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ultimately purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, where I felt I was treated with the respect and professionalism I expected as a customer. Based on my experience, I will not be referring Fred Haas Toyota World to my family or friends in the future. There are plenty of dealerships willing to treat customers with respect and earn their business, and unfortunately, Fred Haas Toyota World did not meet that standard for me. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I was there ready to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry. More
