Happy camper My boyfriend and I went to Truck shopping on a Sunday! If you don’t know, Fred Haas Toyota World is the only dealership open on Sundays. Ran into our salesman inside (Bo), what a great salesman. No hard selling, took us to go see what we wanted to see, negotiation was easy. Spoke honestly and worked with us well! We must of shown good faith because we had to rush home to pick up the cash for our payment. We got back and closed the deal. Bo did an amazing job at communicating with us about the progress of our truck being worked on by the mechanics and detail. There was a slight delay but not due to anything Bo did. On the day the truck was ready he drove it to my boyfriend at his job site in sugar land. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is! More

I researched online, found my dream car at Fred Haas Toyota World, called the Sales Manager, he referred me to A.C. Collins and after that Mr. Collins made sure my experience was great! He took care of everything! We test drove the car, he showed me all the bells and whistles, answered my questions, we went inside, he arranged for Mr. Castro (finance manager) to meet with me and the whole process was completed without stress or any hard-sales from anyone!
