Dishonest and disrespectful We had an appt to pick our new vehicle up this morning at 10:30am only to find out the vehicle had been sold. My wife and I both work and she took the day off so we could complete this transaction. We have been lied to and ran through a series of excuses by this point. I am a proud Toyota owner and have owned more than 7 to this date. These slime xxxxx will never see me in their facility unless it’s to have one of them step to plate and pay me for my time, effort and grief that is completely valid. Do not do business with these guys. Read your reviews as there are many more dealers in houston that I hope will be honest. More

Very Helpful! Robert Hutching showed us the car we had seen online. My husband test drove the vehicle and mentioned scratches on the back and a tire out of balance Robert Hutching showed us the car we had seen online. You cannot see any paint damage on the car and all 4 tires were replaced at no additional charge. The experience was wonderful and we would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealer.
