Within 5 minutes I received the pictures and was excited about coming in to look at the vehicle. Then a few minutes later Manny had already texted me and called me to make sure I received the pictures. I came in the next day and Manny introduced me to Lawrence Asmus his sales manager. In my previous experiences the sales manager has always been the " No we can't make that deal work" type of person. Surprise surprise, Lawrence and Manny went out of there way to not only make the deal work that I wanted, but they both introduced me to Chris Cooper from 4 Wheel Parts. I had told Manny and Lawrence that I wanted to build a specific truck with numerous options. They both took the time to sit down with Chris and I for over an hour as I picked all the options I wanted for my new Tundra. I have never seen this type of customer service in my life. At this point I had to leave the dealership due to some personal reasons and said I would be back the next day. When I arrived Lawrence introduced me to René Reyes because Manny was off for the day. I was a little worried about dealing with another sales person, because I knew it was not his sale. Once again, surprise. René helped me with the application process and helped me pick out the leather and style I wanted. He then introduced me to Alex Sevedra in finance. Alex was very patient with me while going over all the finance options and warranty options. Again, another surprise I was not getting beat up to purchase warranties I did not need. I will refer all of my friends and family to only this dealership. This is my 3rd Tundra purchase and my first at your dealership. I can assure you it will not be my the last.
