My salesman: Robert Hutching made me feel completely @ ease & never once made me feel forced into a car, but instead he did everything he could to make my experience special & boy did he! This is my first Toyota but not my last from Robert! He IS an angel in disguise. Now the finance department again went way above & beyond facilitating a way to help make my dream come true! Specifically Paul Heeth & Wes Brinkley made me feel like I was the most important & special client & for that I say THANK YOU!!!! My mom has bought cars previously from Robert & did so again this past weekend when I got my car; you now have two customers that WILL be back because of how amazing the staff treated us & if it wasn't for Robert, Paul & Wes treating us like extra special ladies this review might have been a thought not executed but these 3 men are absolutely hands down; rare in the world we're in today. Happy Customers I was in need of a new vehicle due to an accident that totalled my car. Wanted something bigger than my Honda Civic. With the help of salesman, Anthon I was in need of a new vehicle due to an accident that totalled my car. Wanted something bigger than my Honda Civic. With the help of salesman, Anthony Truong, we looked at Toyota 4 Runner TRD Off Road and he was great help in answering questions about the vehicle. After test drive I knew that was the one I wanted. Next question I had for Anthony was if they had another one because I knew my wife wanted the same and wanted to get rid of her Toyota Corolla. They didn't have another TRD but my wife was fine with an SR5 so we picked a gray one. We didn't have time to purchase the vehicles that day so Anthony was able to hold them for us. Came back a few days later and signed all the paperwork. We both had a great car buying experience at Fred Haas Toyota World thanks to Anthony Truong and Peter Cardona in Finance. Thank You! More

Disappointed Steve Soodi was very nice, when he could stop running around serving multiple customers at once. We would have liked a little more personal attention. However, out of the 4 hours we were there, we received 30 minutes of his time. He went to look over our veichle for possible trade & returned an hour later. Answered phone calls, People came in and out of his office interrupting us the 20 minutes we were allowed, We did purchase a vehicle, Steve misplaced the keys & luckily Steve was out in the parking lot as we were driving off, he had forgotten to put a license on the vehicle. Once home we called Steve with couple questions, said he'd call back with answers, it's been over a week now with no return call. We also called Tod in finance, left three messages, never received a call back. Customer Service needs lots of work. We planning on purchasing a veichle next year for my husband, we want be making a three hour drive one way for that service or lack of. More

Just when I thought no one Haas my back............. I have waited a week to write this review. Got the car 07-24-2017. Let me start off by saying I have less than A+ credit. More like LESS than. After 2 weeks of car hunting I was getting to the end of my rope. I had my wife running me around from lot to lot. But not on this day. I was told 2 weeks was her limit. So I gathered all documents needed & left. I had talked to Randy Sampson prior to arrival so that's who, had his work really cut out for him, I went with. Got paperwork started and we were off. I was carted all over parking lot & asked what about this one over & over again. Saying yes to them even though I felt in the end it would be no. So we head back in. He asks the normal questionnaire. EVERYTHING. The difference is he heard me. Because after quite a long time of running numbers he made it work.I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Scion xB. I finally have a car I really wanted. It feels better than I expected. On a scale of 1 to 10 Haas gets a 10. Randy gets a 20. More
