check what they do carefully Well here I go again! The last two times I had my truck serviced and it's under warranty, the tires were not rotated and it was not washed. And this Well here I go again! The last two times I had my truck serviced and it's under warranty, the tires were not rotated and it was not washed. And this last time I know for a fact the tires were not rotated because I placed a mark on one of them and it was still in the same place. So it gets me wondering after 2 and a half hours with an appointment what else is not being done that they tell you it had been done from the invoice. So be aware if you think everything is being done to your vehicle while in the service department chances are it's not. More

Day 1 my husband convinced me to get a new SUV and trade in our car. he enrolled in Costco auto program. We went to see assigned salesman Jordan but CRISTINA CEDILLO assisted us as he left. she was clueless about differences between car models , we anyways got our quotes for selling and buying(included Costco program offer). when we went 2nd day, they made us wait and finally assigned a new person SYED ALI(So called Gold salesman) saying she is busy.The sales man was shady and a xxxxxxx from the beginning. You would think the sales people would want to be courteous and helpful to get your service but NOT this place! Not even the manager, total waste of time. He declined all quoted CRISTINA CEDILLO offered and just walked over our face saying this is not the price you will get. when we complained at the front desk she informed Manager and then in few minutes manger had a staff meeting between JORDAN KOCINSK, CRISTINA CEDILLO and SYED ALI. Soon after SYED arrives saying he is only one available and then he says Christine quotes are not correct and we wont get Costco discount as its only on DEMO cars. This was truly ridiculous. Other day Christine clearly showed us on screen by applying the COSTCO discounts and now they offer me a car for 5000 more. truly a total waste of time. Now i am inclined to go to either Honda or a different Costco dealer but not FRED HAAS. More
