I got Ripped off by these People! On June 2, 2017 My wife and I went to Fred Haas Toyota in Spring, TX to purchase a new Highlander. The salesman who was also the sales manager on the On June 2, 2017 My wife and I went to Fred Haas Toyota in Spring, TX to purchase a new Highlander. The salesman who was also the sales manager on the deal Steve Soodi decided he wasn't going, to be honest on this day and decided to hide two products in our payment. Gap insurance and tire & wheel protection. The industry term is known as Payment Packing" It works this way. The salesman or manager asks you what payment you want, and they include a few undisclosed products in the payment in order to get that payment and control it by moving the rate or money factor up or down. Very dishonest and deceitful practice. And to make matters worse the FI manager Raoul Melancon colluded with Steve Soodi in the act, and when I reached out the FI Director, Tim Pugh he did nothing to stop it. So, all three managers colluded in this act. I'm going to have fun bring the house down on Fred Haas Toyota! More

Memorial Day weekend is a chaotic environment at any car dealer but the team at Fred Haas handled my needs very courteously and professionally. Working with Albert in Finance signing all of the paperwork was also a fantastic experience. Albert was able to secure a better finance rate than I'd previously arranged for with my insurance company. After all the excitement of purchasing another vehicle, I neglected to ask if the truck I bought had another set of keys. After speaking to both Randy Sampson and Rizwan Durrani I was assured that another set would be arranged for me once I was able to visit the dealer again. I thank the team at Fred Haas for making the entire process smooth. I'm very happy with my vehicle and look forward to my next visit. More

When I went back to pick up my plates she remembered me and greeted me by name. They also had someone come out and show me how everything in my car worked even though it was closing time, and they helped me move my stuff from my old car to my new one! I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More
