Joe applies no pressure but so clearly believes he is selling a great car, you can't help but feel confident and relaxed in your decision-making process. I was going to buy an SUV for the first time about a year and a half ago, and Joe took me to test drive several. I had read a CR report and chose to go with KIA, even though I'd been a Toyota person for years. He never pressured me and wished me well. Last year when my daughter needed a new car, Joe was our guy because unlike her mama, she did not even consider another car to repkave her Camry. Joe took care of us quickly and with such wonderful ease. Welk, my SUV experience was not good to put it mildly. One call to Joe and he's offering to come in on his day off to make sure everything is right for me. We were able to meet up on Friday. He scoured the lot for what I wanted and got the deal essentially done so that Ryan Bullock, to whom he introduced me, could finish it up on Sunday. I wouldn't find out until after the fact that Joe's son's birthday was that day and he was willing to change plans just to "do right " by me. What a wonderful experience! What a great salesman. More

First time amazing second time flop My first time going here was amazing,no complaints at all. A year later guy comes to help I explained that I was 1099 and the whole spill. Long story and so I dont waste anymore of my time. He comes out and says Santander couldn't fiance me because I couldn't show proof of income and I said I can get bank statements and show checks from my company that I get.. He says oh well. In the end best thing that ever happened I went to carmax picked the same car that was 5 years newer and has 8000 miles on it drove away in 1 hour. That is how is was the first time at Fred hass. What happened I don't know but me and 2 other family members bought cars there the first time and the second was same 1099 as the first and get the run around.
