Nice sales and finance people ! I got badly struck with the recent floods and was going places and dealers to buy a car, i just ran in to this showroom by an accident (I was looking I got badly struck with the recent floods and was going places and dealers to buy a car, i just ran in to this showroom by an accident (I was looking for fredhaastoyota country tomball 249 - worst people ), the sales person - Lori Lopez politely suggested if i mind looking for deals in her showroom ( fredhas toyota world) , She was very polite and sweet to deal with and on top of that she was not pushy at all , understood my requirements clearly and made all possible and reasonable efforts to get me a deal without making me feel uneasy. I took the details from her and went to fredhaas toyota country tomball 249 , those guys did give me a better deal but they were so arrogant, rude and racist that me and my wife felt that the way we were treated by Lori Lopez and her manager Tony was really awesome ! We went to fredhaass toyota world, the next day and got our corolla , surprisingly, the finance Guy - Mr Mike Khaled was also a nice gentle man who was not ;pushy at all and clearly explained the offers he had for us unlike typical finance guy who ensures that by all means you shell out more money and buy all unnecessary add ons . I would like to thank Ms Lori Lopez and Mr Mike Khaled for making it so smooth and nice , only because of Ms Lori's sweet and polite dealing we went back to this showroom despite the initally offer which was dearer by $150 . As Always a First Class Experience In March I visited Fred Haas Toyota World looking for a used vehicle. I went there because of great past experiences. Sean Freymann was my sales con In March I visited Fred Haas Toyota World looking for a used vehicle. I went there because of great past experiences. Sean Freymann was my sales consultant and he was outstanding. He kept me informed of when vehicle would be ready for pickup and wanted to be there when I arrived to hand me the keys. Shortly after leaving the vehicles check engine light came on. I returned the vehicle and was assured it would be taken care of. They checked and found the issue to be the MAF sensor and replaced for me at no charge. Also almost two months later, I receive a call from Sean telling me they have found additional keys for my vehicle. Am very impressed someone would go to the trouble of looking up and letting me know. This saved me well over $100 on making spares since these have transponders in them. As always I am very satisfied with Fred Haas Toyota World, but I would say that this past experience by far was the very best. A very special thanks to Sean Freymann and sales manager Chip Watkins who went above and beyond to make this a great experience. More
