Great experience with very helpful people very enjoyable experience even tho it seems to take forever to get through all the paperwork which is normal. Met at door by Bo Sierra who stayed with us the whole time making it much easier to complete the deal. Bo even took us to return the rental car which was above and beyond the call of duty. Great experience We called ahead and spoke with Jonatan to make sure he had a specific car in stock. Not only did he respond quickly but he sent a personal video tour to us that confirmed the car is what we wanted. Arriving at the dealership we were greeted and introduced to Jonatan. A deal was quickly made and we went through the entire buying process with Jonatan checking on us periodically to make sure things were progressing. Buying a new car can be an aggravating experience with sales pitches and pressure but the staff we dealt with at Fred Hass was nothing but courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. More
