To get exceptional service you first have to experience below subpar service. My husband and I were wanting to trade in my Jeep for an updated one. We were extremely clear in what we were now expecting in vehicles but more importantly in customer service. Syed Ahmed stepped up and from beginning to end excelled in every aspect of our experience with Toyota. I am a first time Toyota buyer and purchased a 2024 4Runner. My husband and I were able to look at several choices in price and style while out on the lot shopping and our experience went up even more when we went inside. We thought we had just walked in on a commercial. The look of the dealership was so inviting and the staff was well dressed and very approachable and accommodating. And I’ve never seen so many buyers in negotiations for their next vehicle. Syed Ahmed sat us down and was real and honest during the whole process and even though the only thing he couldn’t get me was my 450 a month payment I was so use to he got me pretty dang close. We left honestly feeling like friends and wanting to stand around and chat which Syed even stayed after the lights were turning off at 9pm when it was closing time to make sure we understood our vehicle inside and out. Our experience blows away any I’ve ever had. We will be spreading his name around and continuing our new partnership with this dealership in the future. Oh… and I absolutely LOVE my 4Runner. More
