The best! Amazing customer service and very professional. Cedric Rawls was the perfect salesman. I would recommend him to everybody!!!!!!!! From the moment I arrived, to the moment I drove off in my Lexus, Cedric Rawls was the perfect salesman. I would recommend him to everybody!!!!!!!! From the moment I arrived, to the moment I drove off in my Lexus, he was patient, kind, professional, and very intuitive about my decision to purchase a car. Honestly, I did not go to the dealership that day with the intention of getting a new car but Cedric made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Cedric was very concerned with me being happy and he showed that throughout my car buying experience. He very kindly showed me all the cars I was interested in and I really liked them all but one of them stood out. Cedric went above and beyond for me that day to make me happy and keep me satisfied with the financial numbers. His main concern was that I was comfortable with my purchase and he helped make me feel secure with my decision. In my opinion, Cedric did more than I expected him to. I can't express how much I appreciated Cedric for treating me so kind and professional yet caring and thoughtful about my car buying experience, especially because I was just another person, I was someone he had never met before. After this experience, I feel Cedric is my go to guy. He is a guy whom I will always refer everyone to and he will always be my #1 and my only sales man. #1salesman Thanks Cedric!! :)) More

Don't Trust These People I wasted a perfectly good Sunday with these people. They told me that my loan was approved, and to come in out Sunday. All I would have to do is "si I wasted a perfectly good Sunday with these people. They told me that my loan was approved, and to come in out Sunday. All I would have to do is "sign the paperwork". I get there on Sunday, and after waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby, the loan is NOT approved. Nothing but leis, smoke and mirrors. These people use the same tricks that you would expect from a sleezy car dealership. Don't be fooled or waste your with them, you time and money is better spent elsewhere. More

The first time we met Tony in the lot, we liked the fact that he was passionate about the product he sells and personally drives Toyotas. When we returned to purchase a car a couple months later, we ensured we looked up Tony. Ultimately, we purchased a 2014 Camry SE. We had an unexpected minor disappointment after we agreed to the sale. But Tony went above and beyond to correct the issue ensuring we were completely satisfied and excited about our purchase. Good sales people My family has always bought cars from this dealership and from the same person, Lydia, and this time was no different. This was my first personal car My family has always bought cars from this dealership and from the same person, Lydia, and this time was no different. This was my first personal car so i was really happy that everything turned out good and Lydia worked with us on what we were looking for. The only negative thing is the finance guy, Alex Saavedra, was extremely rude and made it seem like we were disturbing him. We waited about an hour and a half for him, because he spoke spanish, and when we got there he kept telling us he had a lot of clients waiting. When i am about to spend my money with you i could care less about who is waiting for you. I'm still giving five stars only because this dealership has always been good to us and they have always given us decent prices. More
