First class experience buying a new Toyota Highlander I went to Fred Haas Toyota World to purchase a new 2015 Toyota Highlander this past weekend, and had the pleasure of working with Manuel "Manny" Gomez I went to Fred Haas Toyota World to purchase a new 2015 Toyota Highlander this past weekend, and had the pleasure of working with Manuel "Manny" Gomez. Right of the bat, he put on absolutely no pressure, and was just just curious about, and interested in getting to know me and my wife and baby and what we were looking for, etc. After finding a Highlander that fit my criteria, when it came down to negotiating a price for the car he was incredibly informative about the market and Toyota products in general, but most importantly respectful and transparent, not at all trying to pull anything over on us. I've purchased numerous cars from dealerships and I know when a sales person is *genuinely* looking out for me - and when it came time to close on the deal, Manny really had my needs in mind, so we were able to work out a fair price and I was very pleased with the entire process. Not only that, but he made me feel really proud of the vehicle I bought which is really cool. Toyota is making some great products these days. On the Finance side of things, Newell Peck was also great to work with. Very nice guy, funny, no pressure, very informed about their products and services, and I felt like I was conversing with someone I've known for years. Working with Newell helped me make difficult decisions about my financing and warranty products that really fit our needs (and avoid the ones that didn't). All things considered, I will be highly recommending Fred Haas Toyota World to friends and colleagues who are in the market. These guys clearly have fun with what they're doing which is everything in any industry. Quick, Fun and Painless I had seen a gentle used 2014 GMC 4x4 on the internet and even though we thought we wanted a new truck we really wanted to look and really take our ti I had seen a gentle used 2014 GMC 4x4 on the internet and even though we thought we wanted a new truck we really wanted to look and really take our time. We even brought our 5 month old puppy so we would not make an impulsive purchase. We pulled up and saw several sales people on the lot. They waved and acknowledge us from a distance. We went up to the truck we had seen on line and looked around a bit. Tony approached us a few minutes later and we all began talking about the different trucks and dogs. Absolutely no pressure. We really loved the looks of the GMC and it was new on the lot. He offered to get the keys for a test drive, but we had the puppy. Tony said don't worry about it and off we went. The decision was made and again I was worried because we had the pup with us about going into work on paperwork, but everyone welcomed us. I forgot to mention is was about 8:30 PM and they close at 9 PM. Tony handed us off to Raoul and within the hour. The truck was detailed and waiting for us to drive home. Tony joined us and walked us out to the truck and off we went. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and I will tell everyone to go see Tony to find the perfect fit and Raoul to make the numbers work.
