I told them what I needed in monthly payment and interest rate and they found the car that I wanted and fit the bills. I have bought many cars through the years and this has been the best experience I have ever had. I have a Prius and the service department is simply the best. Ask for Sparky and he will take care of you. No gimmicks, or things that you don't need, they get you going. They are even good with oil changes. Other dealerships try to sell me aluminum oil pans and etc but all sparky ever asks me if I want to wash the car. I cannot be happier. Even better than Carmax. This dealership has won my business over and over again. AAA+++ More

false advertising, bait and switch My wife and I looked at available used Toyota Sienna's on the Fred Haas Toyota World website on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and saw a pre-owned 2013 My wife and I looked at available used Toyota Sienna's on the Fred Haas Toyota World website on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and saw a pre-owned 2013 Toyota Sienna L with 13,424 miles selling for $21,991. The pictures of the vehicle on the Fred Haas website show a white van with a grey leather interior, with a DVD player, and navigation system, exactly what we wanted to purchase. I filled out the "email seller" form online and heard back from the internet sales person that said "We are open today from 10-7. Would you like to schedule a time to come in and test drive? The Sienna inventory does not last long especially with low mileage.". I replied that we would be there at 12:30 to test drive the vehicle. When we got there the sales person was no where to be found, after 15 minutes of waiting for her another sales person went and got her. We sat down at her desk and she found the car that we had talked about. She informed us that the pictures of the car on the website were not for the listed vehicle., the pictures were actually for a $25,000 Sienna XLE Limited. The car that we saw online for $21,000 was actually a Sienna L, with cloth seats, no navigation, and no DVD player. On her computer only 3 pictures were shown for the Sienna L, and the rest of the pictures were shown on another website called Pure Cars that was linked to the listing on Fred Haas Toyota. However, when I was at home on the computer searching the extra pictures were not on Pure Cars but in fact on the Fred Haas Toyota website. We tried looking at other Sienna's in stock and saw that another Sienna in their system was also supposedly mismarked, showing pictures of the same white XLE limited but the specs labeled it as silver sky metallic. Basically half of the available Sienna's were misrepresented on the Fred Haas website. The sales person called someone in IT and was told that they saw the error on Friday and had changed it but they were still waiting for the server to refresh (this was aSunday). The sales person said there was nothing she could do, it was just an error, so we asked for a manager. She said that there were not any managers there because it was a Sunday, and that we would have to call back on Monday. We are very disappointed in Fred Haas. If you look at pictures of a vehicle online you expect that exact vehicle for the shown price at the dealership, not the pictured vehicle for a different price, and the listed vehicle without all of the options and specs that were seen online. I now see why people shop at Car Max and Texas Direct Auto - what is listed online is the car you get at their dealerships, not a misrepresented product. More

After spending the better part of half a day and buying a new Avalon and a pre-owned Tacoma I highly recommend this young man if you are shopping at this dealership. My wife and I are senior citizens and Steve worked tirelessly and patiently to satisfy our requests. I was dreading going car shopping but Steve Rowland made this occasion for both my wife and I a truly pleasant experience. I do not hesitate to highly recommend him to you! Richard W. Carswell More

He got me a great deal very quickly and was very patient with me during my visit. Even though I already had my financing set up before arriving at Fred Haas he told me to trust him because his team could get me better financing. Sure enough I received a better financing offer through Toyota. If it wasn't for Jonathan I would never have even considered this but he carried himself as somebody I could trust. As long as Jonathan is involved with this dealership I will continue being a customer in the future. Maybe a promotion to finance for Jonathan should be considered as he seemed to have a very good grasp of the numbers before I even went to financing. More
