Overall, very pleasant experience. I had a very pleasant experience at the Fred Haas dealership located in Spring ,TX. I was greeting immediately and led to the vehicle that I came to s I had a very pleasant experience at the Fred Haas dealership located in Spring ,TX. I was greeting immediately and led to the vehicle that I came to shop for, instead of something they wanted to sell! I was highly impressed with the staff, (Durrani-Director ) who personally greeted and welcomed me to the dealership and made it more than possible for me to purchase the vehicle of my choice. I would also like to thank the sales associate, (Leonard Carter) and the finance officer who closed the deal, ( Mr. K), for being so attentive and concerned with my needs throughout the process of my vehicle investment. Hats off to these guys at Fred Haas!!!!! More

love Toyotas hate this dealership!!!! My husband was going to surprise me with a new used Sequoia after I had surgery, its a car that I always wanted to upgrade to from my Sienna van. We h My husband was going to surprise me with a new used Sequoia after I had surgery, its a car that I always wanted to upgrade to from my Sienna van. We had bought from Fred Haas before and they gave us fair deal on a car for my son. Trusting them from our business with them previously, my husband went back to purchase a vehicle from them again. However this time it was a totally different experience! They sold him a car that basically should have been sent to auction according to a few other dealers!! And the asking price was a ridiculous near two times the amount of blue book price!!! We called to try to return the car with no cooperation from Fred Hass! I feel like they just flipped a bad car onto to us from maybe a bad deal THEY made with it???? None the less, I'm very disappointed with the whole experience with this dealership!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone I know!! And as a matter of fact I will convey my experience with them to anyone I know of or hear of that is considering buying a car!!!! More
