Next day Mr. Lee-Toi Ta contacted me and we scheduled a phone call. We had a productive conversation leading us to the next step - receiving a final quote with all details, prices and taxes. He answered all of my questions and was really honest about everything. He reserved the car I wanted and kept it for 3 weeks. When I arrived in Houston, I did a short test drive and checked out. So far so good I started looking for a new car a few months back and Fred Haas was among several dealerships I included in my search. I saw a deal that I liked and f I started looking for a new car a few months back and Fred Haas was among several dealerships I included in my search. I saw a deal that I liked and forwarded that info + my credit application on the Fred Haas website. Shortly after I was contacted via email by Keith Harris. I had a lot of questions regarding warranties, trade-in, financing, discounts, etc and Keith answered them all very quickly and thoroughly. The day / time that I wanted to visit the dealership, Keith was unavailable, so he referred me to Steve Rowland. I met with Steve, we negotiated a fair price, and I ended up buying a car. I got a fair offer on my trade-in as well. As the sale was made around closing time, arrangements were made to pick up the vehicle early the next day. I met with Keith Harris and Steve Rowland again, and we completed the sales paperwork in a flash. All the numbers were exactly what Steve and I agreed upon the night before... no surprises. Financing was handled by Noy Khouanmuong and compared to my previous experiences at other dealerships, it went very quickly. Noy, like Keith and Steve, was cool to work with and explained everything clearly. I've bought 7 cars in my life and this transaction was among the quickest and smoothest I've experienced.
