Normally, I make a point of buying from individuals because of bad experiences I have had in the past with used car dealers. Never in a million years did I think I would actually buy a used car from a dealership AND enjoy the process. Randy Sampson was awesome, I told him what price range I needed to be in and the type of vehicle I was interested in and he never belittled me or treated me with disrespect. He showed me cars that were in my price range and I never felt pressured in any way, shape or form. Randy changed my entire way of thinking regarding used car salesmen and I will definitely use him in the future. Times have really changed since the last time I purchased a car from a dealership. Fred Haas Toyota World have mastered New and Used Car Sales and Customer Service to a fine art. It was really great not having to argue or haggle over my trade in and the amount I wanted to pay for my future car. Mr. Gutierrez in the financing department was great as well, I expected to have a conflict with the percentage rate of my car loan, but that wasn't even an issue. I walked in expecting to get a 5% interest rate on a used car purchase and before I could say a word, he said, "I'm coming up with a 4% interest rate, is that okay?" and all I could do was nod in agreement. The ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was incredible. I will definitely use them again and refer my friends and family to Fred Haas Toyota World. On a side note, I had a 350Z Roadster Tour Convertible, but recently became a licensed real estate agent and was in need of an SUV instead of a 2 seater sports car. Excellent Service I received excellent service from Steve Soodi when i arrived unexpectedly - I initially requested to see Jim Hearn but it was his day off, however, St I received excellent service from Steve Soodi when i arrived unexpectedly - I initially requested to see Jim Hearn but it was his day off, however, Steve was very accompdating. I went back the next day to finalize my lease aggrements and Jim Hearn was there and he jumped right in and assisted Steve in all the particulars to be handled. When my new vehicle was ready, Jim explained EVERY feature to me and demonstrated how each was used. This is my third rental and although i have never had a problem previously - this time I feel that Jim and Steve went the extra mile in answering all my questions and making sure i understood my vehicle before i left. I would highly recommend them both to all my friends. More

Sparky is Speedy The time goes by so fast at check ups. Sparky says it should be an hour, but it seems like a few minutes. I never have any problems with my Prius. You can trust Kris Yoosefi! I have bought two Tundras, two FourRunners, one Land Cruiser and friends and family have probably bought another 5 or 6 cars from Kris. The first experience with Kris was after I left another dealership in disgust after they tried to change the price on me at the last minute, on a vehicle that was in another state. I went to Kris, not knowing him or anybody at Fred Haas, and the next day I was driving that exact vehicle and was treated fairly. Since then I have bought Toyotas from Kris only and I know when I've left there that I've been treated with honesty. Kris is a great guy to boot. Can't say enough good things about him. Top Notch!
