Great Experience I went to look at the car and I ended up getting it! TACOMA TERRIFIC! I expected to be greeted by pushy, fast talking sales reps. NOT!! When I spoke with Kelvin White over the phone about receiving pictures of the onlin I expected to be greeted by pushy, fast talking sales reps. NOT!! When I spoke with Kelvin White over the phone about receiving pictures of the online truck I was interested in he provided EXACTLY what I asked for on BOTH of them. I was impressed. He agreed to come meet me earlier than usual at the dealership to show them. He was unable to do so and let me know and also provided the internet manager Rusty Freele my name and provided him with my interested choices. When I arrived Mr. Freele was there to greet me "by name" I also would like to state he was VERY informed about the choice of vehicle I made and was able to not only provide the "test" drive but also a brief instruction on the use of most of the vehicle's amenities and uses!!! I felt like this rep does know his product. Which made me feel more comfortable in making the purchase. Mr. Freele also informed me of each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. When Mr. White arrived he also greeted me and instructed me about the 'make ready" process of my purchase and that since I was alone and could not drive both vehicles he would park my car in a secure area, not just on the lot. I have made a "new used" purchase before (not at this dealership) and I will say that I definitely will do business with Fred Haas Toyota again and will recommend them to family and friends. M.
