I wish I could write a review like everybody else's but I can't. The first week I was content in waiting for my truck. Corbin my sales representative well let me take that back. I was a hand off because I was poor and dumped on Corbin (he's a rookie). And after seeing who handed me off..well let's just say, he smelled of snake oil and the only thing missing was a cape. But the story gets better after waiting two weeks for this used truck, they were working on with excuse after excuses. I had enough I called didn't think I would get anywhere Bob Gaige (the left hand to Steve Haas). I left a voicemail and would you believe it he called me back personally and on the same day!! (WOW). Now that's a man that still gets his hands dirty... But... this is about Corbin I felt bad for him because I knew he would have to deal with me and I'm not the easiest person to manipulate or pull the wool over their eyes or tell me it's raining. But I'm going to tell you one thing Corbin hung in there like a champ took every blow to the chin with every umpteenth phone call and he kept his head up and he kept showing nothing but support and figuring things out and I can respect that always and highly. And the team did not give up on me even when I was feeling very defeated myself. They kept moving forward and I got into the truck that I wanted and I'm more than grateful that they hung in there for one stubborn but very very grateful customer. They all make me feel rich in so many ways. I could not have done it without Corbin's patience and Tim's tenacity (finance dude) you got to have one of them in your corner or you will never get out the door, well with the vehicle at least. Unless you're a baller like Bob..lol. Long story short my experience started as a wrecking ball and ended.... As a community. I needed The Good The bad and The ugly to get what I wanted at the end which was my truck Moooo Cow!!!!! And I would do it again but I would bring snacks because it's an ordeal...lol thanks guys for hanging in there with the poor soul like me and making me very very happy. I bought a car from y'all when I was rich I bought a car from y'all when I was poor... Although very different I always ended up satisfied..
