I felt the salesman misled us into thinking it was included and again this disappoints me in salesmen and why I dislike dealing with them. Otherwise I like the quality of Toyota and will continue to buy toyotas but will more than likely look for another dealership. Thanks for allowing me to vent. Also I was pressured to purchase added coverage at time of purchase and later found out that toyota doesnt even replace items with toyota parts. That is part of the maintanance policy in book and I find that to be contradictive of Toyota's policy and mission statement. More
