Good experience Bought a new Toyota Camry. When I got home found scratches on the console, just discovered the back seat was splashed with what looked like coca cola Bought a new Toyota Camry. When I got home found scratches on the console, just discovered the back seat was splashed with what looked like coca cola and the cup holder in the back was soiled as well. I am a bit disappointed as I hoped at least they would have ensured it was spotless for delivery. Tom Raymond was very nice and has assured me that the scratched part will be replaced. I was very pleased with the gentleman who showed us how to use the navigation system. He helped get me get connected with my Iphone and explained everything very well. Update: Went back and the part was quickly replaced. Leonard Bell was very helpful and ensured that it was completed to my satisfaction. Everyone was attentive and I was very happy once all was completed. I suppose the spill in the back was inadvertently looked over as it was a very busy Sunday when we purchased the car. Overall, I would definitely recommend Fred Haas Toyota World. More
