they charged me over $600 for nothing It's been years ago but it stills bother me to think about it. It was near closing time, I took my truck in for new brakes I was sitting waiting as I It's been years ago but it stills bother me to think about it. It was near closing time, I took my truck in for new brakes I was sitting waiting as I saw John walk over to where the workers were by my truck and then he walk back and charge me $648. I was right there where I could see my truck and never saw them lift my truck. so I drove home and my truck was still making squeaky brake noise. I took my tires off and looked and found out I still had THE old brake pads. I called him up to complaint and he informed me to bring it back. I didn't take it in because I was traveling too much for my job for months at a time so I never got to take it back. It hurts me to know that they have people like this working there. I'm writing this review to let management know so that it won’t happen to other costumers. I will never trust Fred Haas Toyota again and I've been advising everyone I meet to be aware of Fred Hass Service department.
