I was contacted by email by Miguel Castenada after I inquired about pre-owned Tundra trucks listed on Fred Haas Toyota World Internet site. Mr. Castenada made a point of emailing me what was on the lot inquired about pre-owned Tundra trucks listed on Fred Haas Toyota World Internet site. Mr. Castenada made a point of emailing me what was on the lot and also every few days he would let me know what trucks had arrived. Upon my visit, Mr. Castenada took me around to see all trucks with the specifications I was looking for. We test drove one and I made an offer to buy. Mr. Castenada was very patient with me as we discussed price. We agreed in a short amount of time and while I arranged financing, Mr. Castenada took the truck for re-detailed, as he could see the first time was not as it should be. We returned the next day to deliver extra keys for my trade-in. I mentioned to Mr. Castenada we were going to have an extra key made for the new truck. He was waiting with pre-approval for the key. My experience was good because my salesman was very friendly and gave me advice to help me find somewhere to obtain financing( I am new to the area and this is my first car buying experience). Negotiating was a fair process and I feel both sides came out on top. Overall my experience was not unpleasant, but I feel there were some things that could have been done to make it an excellent experience.
