Best used car salesman experience I never do reviews ... too busy. But in this case I felt the need to. I had a great experience with this dealership but even more so with our salesman, Robert "Hutch" Hutching. He was very helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end. I live in Austin, and the dealership is in Houston. I found a car online I was interested in, contacted the dealership, and had the pleasure to meet Robert. He was very professional throughout and very helpful and took several extra steps for us to help us. I chose to take a bus to Houston to get this car (check out Megabus ... it was awesome), and Robert met me at the bus dropoff, which was about 20-25 minutes away from the dealership, in the beautiful Avalon I was interested seeing. Nice touch. Gave me lots of time to check out the interior while he drove us to the dealership. It was in as good of shape as he described over the phone, and I was very pleased. Turned out the car only came with one keyless FOB, and we needed two, and he was able to talk to his manager and get us another, and that was after I had purchased the car and was already back in Austin. Anyway, he made this a smooth and very pleasurable purchase. I would recommend him and his dealership any day. More

Great Buying Experience on a new 2014 Toyota Avalon I went to Fred Haas Toyota and test drove the Camry XLE and the Avalon XLE. The Avalon was the better choice for me as it had a softer, smoother ride. None of the Avalons at the front of the dealership had the color combination I wanted. My salesman, Bob Ruby, told me there may be more on a back lot and he quickly searched his inventory and found one that was first choice on both exterior and interior color. I told Bob I was ready to buy if they would meet my price and I offered a number. Bob came back quickly and said my offer had been accepted. Bob was very professional and knew his product line and my purchase was completely hassle free. I have taken 4 other friends to this dealer and will continue to do so based on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Mr. Newell Peck, in the Finance Office, was also great to work with and helped me with the financing process. More

Finance did a great job looking for best financing. Realize Saturday is busy but the Make Ready was below what it should have been. I finished the job when I got home. Miguel saw job and was not happy with it and made comments also. He going to run I t back through but I needed to get on my way. Miguel suggested I could bring it back in at my convenience but it was easier to just finish it myself. Very happy with the vehicle purchase experience. Jim Lang More

Great service as always! My experience for routine/recall service was friendly. I was told ahead of time of the 3 hour time needed for the services when I made the appointment My experience for routine/recall service was friendly. I was told ahead of time of the 3 hour time needed for the services when I made the appointment. When I went in Mr. Baker offered for me to use the complimentary shuttle service if I had a ride back. I chose to wait. There are several conveniences to wait including private business rooms equipped with phone and plugs, play area for children, waiting room with TV and a pleathera of magazines, table and chairs area with vending machines, napkins, coffee, microwave (sometimes I bring in my own food to warm while I wait). There is also complimentary coffee and soda at a bar of sorts. I bring a book or work materials and can always find a comfortable spot to wait. I also choose the complimentary car wash. When my car is ready, it iis sometimes driven out to me or parked very conviently. I own a 2013 Prius. I did not see instructions in the manual or the dvd as to how to program fuel costs so that I could track fuel costs/usage. On a previous visit, Keven Baker programed my car with the average amount I spend per gallon and I've been enjoying this feature ever since. I truly see how efficient this car is on gas.
