Excellent customer service! I just put purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Fred Haas Toyota World and I could not be happier with my experience. I am a young adult and usually h I just put purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Fred Haas Toyota World and I could not be happier with my experience. I am a young adult and usually have my father with me when making this kind of decision/purchase. I was worried that by going alone someone might take advantage of the fact that I'm not a car expert or experienced in negotiating. But my father was out of town and my mother had to work so I went in alone. I already had a deal worked out with Internet Sales Manager Jimmy Nguyen through email and phone on the price of the car that I wanted and was pre-approved for my loan through another company with an interest rate of 4.75%. Jimmy was extremely nice when I got to the dealership and had my car freshly cleaned with a full tank of gas, ready to go. He never once tried to confuse me or change the deal, but he did ask if I'd be willing to finance through toyota if they could get me a better interest rate. Then I moved on to Finace Manager Newell Peck who helped me to to get financing through toyota at 0% interest! He was very kind and thoroughly explained all my different options for financing and warranties. He didn't even seem irritated that it took me a few phone calls and a bit of time to make a decion on everything. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me and the savings I am going to get by financing through Toyota. Every person that I came across was extremely helpful and kind. I drove all the way there from Pearland because of a great deal they offered me and found them to not only be giving me a much better deal financially, but the staff was also much more knowledgeable and friendly than a previous dealership I had gone to that was closer to home. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car! More

And the payments would whole lot less than what we were paying before.. we were really happy with rene reyes we shared laughs and experiences while shopping our brand new car. This was the second car I bought from Fred Haas, and the first new one. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle so I was very happy when I did ask questions Anthony was well informed as well. Anthony was so courteous and helpful, not pushy or demanding, two days later I went back with a 90% probability I was going to buy. I made some hard offers and Anthony and his manager made it happen. In less than 2 hours I was driving out in a 2014 Scion and I am VERY happy. Would highly recommend both the dealership and Anthony. More
