Fred Haas Toyota World

I am a fan of Toyota but I dont know if i got the only bad unit that toyota built or the pre delivery inspection system was only just about putting some marks on the piece of paper. i thought buying new c bad unit that toyota built or the pre delivery inspection system was only just about putting some marks on the piece of paper. i thought buying new car will give me a few worry free years but it doesnt look like it. i will make only 3 points here 1. I was back in the dealership the same day with a big scratch on the hood that was never fixed. They never bothered to replace the car. I should have left the car there but I thought its just a scratch 2.They forgot to put in the rock guards which I discovered in the trunk. 3. It was the first time I sat in the latest generation camry and didnt know much about the interior of the car, I saw another car that my cousin bought and came to know that my roofliner is all cut out from front and back. or it was a bad unit from the beginning. they replaced it but now the roof rattles like a mess. i dont know if i should blame myself to go 40 miles away in hopes of getting a better experience or blame the dealerships unprofessionalism Its dont know what big of a mess its going to be once my car is over 3 years old. seriously disappointed!! More

I was in the market for a used Toyota Camry with low mileage and a newer model as I had a 2005 Camry, purchased new, from Jimmy Nguy at Fred Haas Toyota. I called Jimmy and told him my requirements and mileage and a newer model as I had a 2005 Camry, purchased new, from Jimmy Nguy at Fred Haas Toyota. I called Jimmy and told him my requirements and he immediately looked thru his inventory and said he had the ideal car for me. He showed me the 2011 Toyota Camry, Sandy Beige Metallic color with low mileage of 45,000 and one owner. My 2005 had 99,000 miles on it. Jimmy had me test drive the Camry and then offered me a very reasonable and fair deal with the trade in of the 2005 Camry. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Jimmy Nguy. I call for him because he is very competent and chooses to please his customers. Everyone at Fred Haas was very friendly, customer service is the best and I had another great experience purchasing another vehicle.
