I came to Fred Haas Toyota World because I needed a vehicle. This is the dealership that I was already receiving service for on my Toyota Camry 2010. I am a Toyota girl. (lol) For any services that are needed on my vehicle, I would come here and plus, my dad told me to go to the dealership for services even though some services can be cheaper at other locations. My original camry was purchased in another city, but out of all the Toyota dealerships in Houston, this one was closer to me. The people here are very friendly. Originally, I came in looking for a new car and it was on a Saturday and the sales people were not available at that time. The receptionist, Patricia(I think) was very friendly and I was asking her a few questions and she informed me of one sales consultant who I could possibly speak with over the phone. Milton Hopkins was very helpful and assisted me with the process of purchasing a car since it was my first time. The previous vehicle I had was under my fathers name. He made the process easy and he scheduled a visit with me the next day, but unfortunately, I had to go ahead and get a used vehicle instead of a new vehicle. Actually, I liked the older body styles better than the newer Camry style. Mr. Hopkins worked on the sales for new vehicles. He was able to send me right over to the used sales side and fortunately, Robert Hutching was available to assist me. He worked diligently with me and was quite clear on providing all information and keeping me up-to-date on what was going on. I was there for some hours, but it was worth it all. Not only did I walk out the dealership that day with an upgrade from the last car I had, but I was very happy with my choice and Mr. Hutching played a key role in getting me what I needed. These two gentleman were very customer oriented and made my first experiencing of purchasing a car very relaxing, stress free, and interesting. Tim (located where you sign off for warranty, apr, and price you would pay per month on vehicle )in the Finance department was very informative and nice as well. Thank you very much. Tony was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, showed me only what I asked to see, and no hemhaw on price. My daughter was with me, and though she was trying to be helpful, she was actually rude, and em me only what I asked to see, and no hemhaw on price. Tony handled her behavior very professionally. The only reason I gave the overall experience was nothing to do with Tony, it was that if one is paying cash for a car, I think it is silly to have to wait and have to go through same process as someone who is being financed. After I decided I wanted to purchase my car, it was still over an hour and a half before I got to leave the lot. Granted, it was Sunday, and they were EXTREMELY busy, they need more help in the finance department on Sundays, as most dealers are not open on Sundays so Fred Haas Toyota world was getting SLAMMED!
