I was more than impressed with my 2 salesmen!! The first salesman, Kris Yoosefi was on his way out the door when I came in after work around 7pm. He came back to help me and I was glad he did b/c I don't do well with wishy-washy, salesy salesmen. He had a backbone and was one of the most knowledgable salesmen I've ever dealt with. He listened to my needs and made sure to stay within my budget and took those two things very serious. The second salesman that made my experience terrific was Rene Reyes, he came very close to the prices I wanted as far as trade-in value and accessories and in half the amount of time it usually takes me to get the negotiating completed. When my husband stopped in with our toddler, he noticed her balloon addiction and got her one off the lot which made her day.. not to mention she went to him and doesn't go to anyone--we knew he could be trusted after that! My toddler and I had to come back on the 2nd day to get my receiver and Rene did everything for me in addition to getting her another balloon. The third day we came to get my bed liner installed and Kris and Rene took very good care of us--they sped the process up, made sure I got the correct equipment and gave my toddler yet another balloon! Rene always answered the phone when I called and would swiftly help me with whatever I needed, so that was a great assurance of being well taken care of. I do not remember the finance person's name who helped me b/c it was around 10 pm at that point, but he was also very very nice and quick, along with having his paperwork neat and organized which is also important to me. I will definitely recommend Fred Haas Toyota to my family and friends and even more importantly, I recommend Kris and Rene as the best salesmen they could ever work with!! I look forward to my years of owning a Toyota and I hope my experience with service is just as impressive as the sales end. More

While I had dreaded the pressure of purchasing a new vehicle this experience was everything but that! I spent a couple of hours looking over the Venza which I had researched and thought I wanted withou vehicle this experience was everything but that! Brandon was near and I asked to test drive the Venza and the Highlander. He was very quick to help and very informed about each vehicle. He not once tried to sway me on my decision.
