I broughtmy car in for an alignment and 4 days later I was charged $650 + 3 day car rentals. NEVER AGAIN!! Their repair is a total ripoff. I was parked 2 feet away from a cement post. When I put it in drive, I bumped the post with only my front tire. A team of mechanics couldn't find any problem, so they sent it to the collision repair. They found that I had a bent tie rod and bent steering knuckle. Really?? What are Toyota trucks made with? How could a team of mechanics not see those parts are bent but the collision department finds all this damage? Stay away from these incompetent mechanics. More

When we discovered that our old car needed to be replaced, due to a very expensive repair part and the age of the car, we agreed that the safety of driving a newer model was the better idea. Sharon and Albert helped us to complete the paperwork, and Sharon made sure that the car is a Certified Pre-Owned car. All around, we will be working with Sparky when we need service, and will refer friends to Sharon and this dealership. They are simply the best! More
