My experience at the dealership was GREAT!!!! Being a first time car buyer, I was a bit nervous and not sure what to expect. I could not have been taken care of better. They made me aware of all my options and were able to answer any questions that I had. Manuel was especially great!! When I wasn't able to get the car that I had my sights on he showed me another option and made feel confident that choosing that car would make me just as happy as what I originally wanted. He was right!!! I walked out of the dealership very happy to be in my new car and I cant even think about my first choice, because I am so in love with the car I got!! Manuel is great and I will definitely be referring my friends to him for their future car purchases. Todd did a wonderful job helping me finance my car. Having never gone through this process, he made it very easy and not complicated. He also got me a great interest rate, which I was thrilled about. I had no choice but to buy a car yesterday (my car was dead). When I got there Bo met me in teh parking lot. He eventually led me to a car that fit my needs. We test drove and then they let me take it with me to get approval from my wife. I picked my wife up from work and brought her to the dealership. She is a nurse and had not had time to eat all day. I dont carry cash so I could not get her anything to eat from the vending machine. Bo gave her some money from his own pocket to get somthing to eat and drink. The price was a little high when we started talking but eventually we were able to agree on somthing that we could all live with. If I had had more time I would have shopped around a little more but that is no reflection on Bo or the dealership. When it comes time to buy again, I will definatly visit Bo again. More
