Visited Fred Haas based on the competative internet price quote I got. However, when I went to the dealership, the sales person who had sent the quote to me was busy and I was introduced to Lee Ta. Lee turne quote I got. However, when I went to the dealership, the sales person who had sent the quote to me was busy and I was introduced to Lee Ta. Lee turned out to be one the best sales person I have met at car dealer in Houston. He was very patient, helped in answering all the questions and was very knowledgable with the car. Through his actions and words, he built a trust very quickly. He kept up to his words on every small thing he commited including sending the registration plate to hom at Katy. The only bad experience I had was when the price negotiation was being done with the Manager. Customer has a right to ask the price what he feels is right and if the manager does not want to sell, then he can politely decline. I did not like the tough tone used by the manager but I did stick to my price quote and refused to talk to the Manager. Finally Lee brokered well. Finally, I payed 1% more than what I had initially asked as my buy price but I am happy in the end. After the sale was agreed, Mike Khalid, from Finance was awesome. He was prompt, was cordial and wonderful at customer servce. The good thing about Mike was that he was the same even after I refused to take the finance from Toyota (I had arranged my own finance). Finance people are generally nice till they sell but Mike was different. He is great guy to work with. I strongly recommed anyone buying Toyota to visit FredHaas. Given a choice, talk to Lee first !
