I was in the market for a new Tundra and contacted Fred Haas Toyota World for a quote and was contacted by Beth Elliott and her latest assistant Casey Elles. I ended up buying the new 32K Tundra from another dealership because Beth wasn't responsive/prompt enough in returning emails. I prefer email correspondence as I don't like talking on the phone as I was talking to other dealerships to get the best deal and most quotes. I decided to buy a Prius V for my wife and started another dialog with Beth/Casey. I was looking to trade in an older truck (2000 Tundra with low mileage) for a new Prius V. My wife and I decided to drive the Tundra the hour from my home on a Friday evening to try and make a deal on a Prius V. I consider myself a savvy shopper and know how to play the game and what my Tundra was worth and what the Prius V should go for. I know that Fred Haas is one of the biggest Toyota dealers in the country and that's why I chose them because I knew they would probably have the best pricing in the Houston area. I had originally bought a car from Fred Haas and had a good experience. So I get to the dealership and hook up with the team to talk about a Prius V and tell them what I'm looking for and what I would do the deal for. To be fair I was being unrealistic with what I wanted for my trade in and when she gave me a quote for my Tundra I laughed at her and this probably made her mad because it went downhill after this. She said she could get me a basic Prius V on order that next Friday but then she starts talking about how she needed to get with sales "manager" XYZ and that if anybody could get me the value for my trade I wanted and give me the best price XYZ could but said that he had went home for the day and would contact me the next business day (Sunday) or on Monday. So she let me leave with assurances that XYZ would be in contact after I made it clear I was ready to buy. What dealership lets hot customers walk out? Fred Haas does. Sunday/Monday came and went and no contact. I called a 4 days later asking for a final quote and left voice mail but she never responded. I then decided to take the best deal I had made (I had two lined up, Star Toyota / Classic Toyota in Galveston). I believe she didn't want to deal with me because I was a savvy buyer who she wouldn't be able to make top dollar on so she dropped all contact with me. I would recommend Fred Haas but not Beth Elliott or her team. More

First of all we went to Planet Ford across the freeway and they made no effort to help us in purchasing our first new car. Then we came to Fred Haas Toyota and were greeted by Victor Saadon with a warm w and they made no effort to help us in purchasing our first new car. Then we came to Fred Haas Toyota and were greeted by Victor Saadon with a warm welcome. We told him what we were interested in ( a new 2013 Carolla L). And he went straight to work. He then took us on a test drive in the last one on the lot and while driving we told him we had a baby and needed something reliable as well as something that have us the best return for our investment. Victor didn't hesitate to inform us for just a bit more we could purchase an LE in the color of our choice and get more features we liked. So we went for it and in no time at all we were driving off in our first new car!!! We had heard how stressful buying a car was but this was not the case Victor made sure the process was fast and painless. I would recommend all of my friends to purchase not only from Fred Haas Toyota but to be assisted by Victor!!! I would also like to recognize the financial agent who assisted my wife and I, sadly I can't remember his name but he was an older gentleman who sat in the used car office next to the window closest to the service garage. He was excellent with my wife an I and took the time to break down and explain the finances and processes to us. We are so appreciative of these two gentlemen and their support and excellent service! They have made us in to Fred Haas customers for life!!! More

We have previously had great service at this dealership and specifically the followup service thru Sparky Twyford, our service supervisor. Bo handled us extremely well by listening to our needs and wants, budgeted amount for purchase and purpose the vehicle would serve. He narrowed the field , showed us new and used vehicles and provided just the right information helping us make the decision. We ended up purchasing a new Corolla after discussion of benefits and warranty. Bo provided great guidance without pressure and has been a real professional in every way. We were greeted very kindly and professionally by Bo. He patiently helped us tour around the car lot to look for the right car with the right price. Bo was very knowledgable about the cars. I was given a good deal on a Toyota Prius and the car itself had no problems and it has been a pleasure to drive the car. However prior to purchase we had requested Fred Haas to touch up the scratches on itself had no problems and it has been a pleasure to drive the car. However prior to purchase we had requested Fred Haas to touch up the scratches on the paintwork and the manager had agreed to buff it up but this was not done at delivery. On the day of delivery we were made to wait for quite a long time doing the paperwork after which we drove off in the late evening with the car home only to realise that the scratches hadnt been touched up. I was quite disappointed with this and for this reason I have marked a score of 3. More
