As soon as we arrived at the dealership, my husband and I began looking at cars below $8,000.00. Javier came over and asked if he could help. Javier was wonderful and showed us a 2010 Toyota Corolla with only 36,000 miles and a 2008 Toyota Camry. My husband and I weighed our options and decided to go with the 2010 Toyota Corolla. We told Javier that I wanted my payment to be between $200-$250 and with the basic upgrade we were able to get a payment at $270. It was not a deal breaker and I was able to finance a much nicer car in the process. This is our third car that we have bought from Fred Haas and we will continue to be returning customers. I went in today with my daughter to look at cars for her first car. I have bought two cars from here so I was familiar with the great customer service and wanted to bring my daughter. We were helped by Kelvin, and he was nothing but an absolute perfect sales man. He wasn't pushy, but he was well versed in all the prices and options that were on all each of the cars we asked about. My daughter fell in love with an Acura that was a little bit out of her price range but Kelvin was able to get us a great deal and the negotiation went very nice. The windshield needed to be replaced but Kelvin was quick and got it over to the service guys and he was able to let us drive the car off the lot today! Now that this is my third visit here at Fred Haas, and the customer service still hasn't disappointed me, I'm beginning to think I will never go anywhere else. (and I'm pretty sure I've converted my daughter as well!) This is the place to go if you're looking for a used car. All of the employees are very well versed in customer service and I've never had better treatment. Kelvin even bought us some sodas out of the vending machine while we waiting! Great place. More
