He went the extra mile in getting my desired car back from the auction and making it possible for me to buy it. The manager was pleasant and effective in the negotiations. I recognized the "moves" but I did not feel pushed or cheated. He greeted me cheerfully when I came to pick up the Subaru that I bought and checked to make sure everything was going well. I had resolved never to buy from a dealership again. I felt that the dealership where I bought my new truck did not treat me fairly on the warranty. I had been shopping for a new car and stopped because the sales people bombarded me with offers about vehicles in which I had no interest at all. The finance person (Stivens) was efficient, pleasant, and explained things clearly. Overall, my experience was much, much better than I expected. More
