We had a great experience. We showed up to consider looking at a newer vehicle as we had purchased from Fred Haas Toyota World before, and my wifes vehicle was having some problems. Showed genuine concern for our kids safety (it was hot) and comfort (again it was hot). He asked us, persistently, until we agreed to bring them in the A/C. Did the research of inventory and helped make the numbers work on the SUV we wanted. He was great to work with and I will definitely recommend him. Actually, I already have. Another thing that completely impressed me is that HE KNEW CARS. I can't stand someone selling a product that they know nothing about. He was as knowledgeable about vehicles as I was, and even more so. I'm not a gease monkey, but I'm close, and I appreciate someone who can give me solid good advice on a vehicle. I had leased a Camry from another dealer 3 years prior so when my lease came up I went back to that dealer but they service done at this dealership.
