I had been looking for a new car and had been to several dealerships. Of course I got a lot of friendly salesman, but Jim Hearne was a step above the rest. He was personable, accomodating, patient and (the best feature in a salesman) never tried to sell me something I didn't want. I told him what my needs were and the price range I was looking for and he found a way to make it happen for me. I make it a point never to buy on the spot, so I left and planned to come back about 4 days later. Jim held the car that I was looking at. Another salesperson accidentally selected the car and was about to make a deal with another buyer, but Jim was attentive and put a stop on it and the other buyer had to go with a different car (the color on the car I was buying was the last in the model I was looking for). John (I apologize for not remembering his last name) was the manager and met with me the first and the second time I came in and seemed to genuinely appreciate my business. Many people and companies seem to take for granted that they can replace one customer for a new one; but Jim, John and Fred Haas Toyota really understand that building loyalty and trust and changing your new customer into a repeat customer is what service is all about. As a membership benefit with LegalShield,I was working through Sherri and Jim from Vehicle Advantage who gave me Mr. Durrani's contact information. My expectations were that I could be totally honest abo through Sherri and Jim from Vehicle Advantage who gave me Mr. Durrani's contact information. My expectations were that I could be totally honest about my needs and I would be given the best deal possible without having to haggle or bargain. I met Mr. Durrani and he did have some information from Sherri about my situation in wanting to buy a used Toyota Camry and stay around $255/mo payment. I assumed I would need to get an older vehicle maybe 2006 or 2007 at around $12000-$13000 sales price, if any were available. Mr. Durrani made us (my husband, daughter, and myself) feel very important and said he would get one of his best salesman to help us. He introduced us as a VIP customer to Mr. Randy Sampson. Randy was very friendly and quick to locate 2 vehicles which were much newer than I thought I could afford, 2009 and 2011 Camry's. He worked hard to get approval from Mr. Durrani so that we could get the 2011 vehicle and Mr. Durrani also worked hard to make the deal work for us. Randy also worked hard with Mr. Albert Castro in the Finance department to help us get an amazing warranty program and financing. Mr. Castro was also very friendly and helpful in explaining the different warranty options. We did end up paying more per month than I had originally budgeted but I think it is well worth it for the deal we were given. More
Very, friendly, nice guy. He didn't haggle me at all. I felt he was very honest. I bought a new car from Fred Haas 10 years ago (echo) for 11000 dollars, the best car I ever had, it got rear ended about 3 felt he was very honest. I bought a new car from Fred Haas 10 years ago (echo) for 11000 dollars, the best car I ever had, it got rear ended about 3 years after owning, it cost 5000 to fix (insurance), the frame in the back was bent. Fred Haas fixed it perfectly, when it took more than 30 days to fix, they worked with my insurance for more rental car days. They fixed it so well, that 10 years later after the car was totaled I got 5800 dollars for the car. (Payed a 11000 and got almost 6000 dollars back for a 10 year old, wrecked car.) I love Fred Haas and Toyota, when buying a car that is the only place I will ever go. Robert Hutchings was great and will refer him when anyone asks about a used car. More
George and Ismael were wonderful to work with! We came in with some credit issues and they did I not judge us and they treated us with respect. It wasn't an hour later we left with a nice 2009 Toyota Cor in with some credit issues and they did I not judge us and they treated us with respect. I have Like the Tundra ever since it came out. A family friend of my mothers works at the dealership. My salesman was Bob Ruby. He was nice and polite and not at all pushy about my purchase. Luis took care of everything. He was very professional, knowlegeable, and friendly. Stiven Castro in finance was very good. He fought to get me the best rate and looked out for my best interest. I will highly recommend this dealership and Luis to anyone that is in the market for a Toyota vehicle. I was very impressed. More
My wife is driving her 2013 Yaris SE, but we paid dearly and I used an extra bottle of oxygen dealing with my stress at this dealership. First the salesman, Bob Ruby, kept leaving us for extended periods of time. We spent at least an hour total waiting for him to return, because he was working another deal with a couple and talking to his wife, who also showed up at our table. After two plus hours, he escorted us to the lobby couch outside of the finance department, where we had to wait another 30 minutes, while Khai Nguyen, the Finance Rep, finished his lunch. This fact Khai told us, when he noticed we were upset at waiting so long to see him. HE COULD AT LEAST STATED HE WAS SORRY WE WAITED SO LONG, BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Moving on, the dealership's staff, that we came in contact with, were rude, uncaring, and did not respect our time or the discomfort they inflicted upon us. Oh, when it was time to discuss price, you know deal, "here is the price of your new car", "STICKER", not up for discussion. As a result, I got up to walk out but the salesman ran for the Sales Manager who discounted the car a few bucks. Bob Ruby’s final delivery protocol consisted of here is you new car, keys, owners manuals and sign this AND BYE!! More

I was seriously considering buying a car here. The sales person that I dealt with made me change my mind. I didnt feel as if I was a valued customer. I felt like a sale that she wanted, but could take or leave. She lacked a friendly personality and overly abrassive and pushy in a way I did not like. As much as I loved the car, being treated as a valued customer played a big part in my decision to not purchase here. When you are buying a car, there are alot of dealerships and cars out there = lots of options. You want to feel like you actually matter and you are just not a commission check. I didnt feel that here, at least not with my sales person. I can find another dealership with good deals that make me feel like they want my business. Reading the comments, It seems as if plenty of people have had good customer service here. Unfortunately I didnt have the same experience. More
The moment I stepped out of my car Cedric was there to greet me. He made sure he new what type of vehicle I was looking for and got right to the financing so we where sure I was able to make a purchase. greet me.
