Had a wonderful experience purchasing our car from Luis. He was honest and straight forward through the whole process! I had my two small children with me and they offered me a loaner car so I would not have to wait, but I could not get both my carseats moved and installed in the loaner car. Luis and one of his associates, Clarence or Terrence (so upset I did not remember his name!) spent so much time helping me figure out how to move the seats and installed them into the loaner car for me. Then when my car was ready, these two gentleman took the time to move them both for me again from the loaner back into my new car. This was no easy task and I could not have one it with out them!!
