I began to tell him that I was very dissapointed because as we were driving home, (180) miles away, the right rear tire started to go flat on us.My husband immedietly put the spare on. As we inspected the flat tire, we found no signs of any reason why the tire should go flat. It turned out that the tire was deffective with a small hole on the outer side of the tire. My husband and I decided we needed another vehicle, we are having our first grandchild and wanted a bigger and safer vehicle. Bo Sierra was our sales person, my husband had saturated himself with lots of information and Bo answer all of his questions and very patiently worked with us. Bo knows that listening to the customer is a must, and he knows his product very well. Bo was an EXCELLENT salesman for us, and he recognized our need to have all of our questions answers, not only we got a great vehicle But we also had a wonderful shopping experience. This was by far the best dealership experience that we have had in all of the five vehicle purchases that we have made. My wife and I visited several dealerships prior to visiting Fred Haas and this was the first dealership that we did not feel pressured or "harassed"! On our first visit we did not have a lot of time to browse because we had to pick our children up from school, but to our surprise Tony insisted we leave to get our children and come back when it was convenient for us. We were shocked that a salesman actually suggested we leave without purchasing a vehicle or pulling out every trick to keep us there. We planned to come back the next day; however, we were so impressed with his presentation we got the kids, diner and came back the same night. Our overall experience with everyone that we encounter at Fred Haas was excellent. My wife has been a customer service manager for the last 14 years and rarely is she impressed because her standards for great customer service are so high. I knew we were in good hands when she smiled throughout the entire sales experience! I will recommend Tony and Fred Haas to anyone considering another vehicle. We initally went to Tejas Toyota looking for a new Sienna and all we got was smoke and a big run-around. Skeptical, my wife convinced me to continue looking and we stop in at Fred Haas Toyota World. What an amazing dealership, extremely clean, and everyone there is unbelievably friendly. We were greated by Mr. Benavides who asked what we were looking for and he proceeded to take us to the back lot to look at the Sienna's. There was nothing there that matched what we were looking for and of course he stated, "Tell me what you want and I'll get it for you." We all know how many times we hear this at a dealership. Well we told him and within minutes he shoed us the invoice for exactly what we wanted, all we had to do was wait a few hours so he could obtain the vehicle. The most amazing part, we got more for our trade-in than we expected, a newer vehicle than what Tejas offered us, and the best part, a lower price and a payment exactly where we wanted it..amazing!! Not only have we recommended Fred Haas to all of our friends and family, I am now considering trading in my Chevy for a Toyota and when I do, Jonatan will be the man I'm looking for!!
