With the problems in the U.S. economy, I decided to refinance my Highlander to lower the payments and called Jimmy. Well, not only did I get lower payments, I got a newer car -- a 2012 Venza! Again, Jimmy came to my rescue, going above and beyond my needs and making the transaction effortless and painless. My visit to Fred Haas Toyota World on August 14, 2012 was for the purchase of my 4th corolla. I flew back into Houston (from taking my previous car to my mother)and needed to go directly to the dealership f for the purchase of my 4th corolla. My salesman, MJ was kind enough to pick me up from the airport, saving me the time, frustration, and cost of transport. I was truly impressed, but not surprised as this is the 3rd car I've purchased with MJ as my salesman because he has always taken great care of me. I selected the car of my dreams, only to find out that the payment was way out of reach due to a less than stellar credit score. However, instead of steering me towards a car that I would have purchased but not been nearly as excited about, MJ sought assistance from another finance employee who deals with special cases. Two hours later, having thought my dream car was simply out of the realm of possibility, I was informed that he had managed to work a deal that would enable me to have this car with a reasonable down payment and monthly payments that were manageable. Needless to say, I drove my Tropical Sea Metallic S Model Corrola off the lot with a HUGE smile on my face. Life is good with MJ and Wes at Fred Haas Toyota World! More

After our first sales person ran away from us, Hector Acosta came to our rescue with friendly service and excellent knowledge about the cars we were looking at.
