We showed up at 6:30 pm to test drive a specific vehicle, and Mr. Ta had exactly what we were looking for waiting for us to drive. Prices and financing terms were exactly what he said they would be. They did negotiate on the value of our trade in. We made the deal, signed the finance papers with Mr. Khaled, and were out of the dealership with our new truck by 10:00 pm. We were very pleased when shopping at Fred Haas Toyota World. While it can be said that Toyota cars can sell themselves, Jim was very helpful. My husband and I found a car we liked and came back after church on Sunday. Jim Hearne approached us and gave us great service. We had to wait about and hour and a half once the initial paperwork was started. Waiting to meet with a financing representative was the hardest part. However, it was completely understandable that there was a wait. A lot of people were buying cars! We went in and met with Todd Bagley to discuss the final financing steps. He was informative, didn't pressure us to buy extra coverage, and I believe he gave us some honest opinions and good advice. Overall, our experience with Fred Haas was top notch! More
