Joe was very helpful! He was able to find the perfect vehicle for me. He never put any pressure to buy. He explained the difference in both the highlanders I drove. My very first visit to Fred Haas Toyota World, my wife and I were helped by two gentlemen named Rakin and MJ. The feeling and the impression I got from them was that stereotypical sales person (sharks). N and I were helped by two gentlemen named Rakin and MJ. The feeling and the impression I got from them was that stereotypical sales person (sharks). Needless to say, my wife and I left the dealership that night without a new truck and also feeling a little discouraged because we felt like we were being taken avantage of. After a friend of mine refered me to Mrs. Lydia Farias, she was more than helpful and super friendly. I felt very comfortable with her and so did my wife. It was almost like that motherly feeling. Right away just from the things I told her I was looking for in a truck, she got it right on the first try. I don't normally do surveys but I see this alot like voting, If you want a change to happen you have to speak up and vote. I personally would like to see more sales people like Mrs. Farias instead of people like Rakin and MJ. They were more concerned about themselves and getting the sale. Rakin was very cocky and arrogant. I hope this survey is actually read and taken into consideration. More

Called dealer in reference to Internet ad for new Camry. Jonathon said there was only 1 car available and he would have it ready for me when I arrived. I was told over the phone that I could NOT get the Jonathon said there was only 1 car available and he would have it ready for me when I arrived. I was told over the phone that I could NOT get the USAA Member discount advertised on the Fred Haas web site. I asked again about the discount when I arrived and again told I could NOT receive discount per sales manager. I purchased the car, went home and printed the USAA discount cert from Haas site. I went back to the dealer the next day with USAA discount in hand. Again, Jonathon said I could NOT get the discount. I disagreed and escalated my concern to Dell in Customer Relations. He read the details of the discount online through Gulf States Toyota and determined I could get the discount. I had to call USAA to get a redemption code, faxed that code to the dealership, and printed a voucher online through USAA. The finance department had to regenerate the paperwork and required new signatures from me. The discount totaled $500. Lastly, the car was detailed quickly however they did a poor job. The floor mats were dirty and there was a layer of dust on the dashboard. Also the windshield wiper fluid tank was not filled completely. More

I had a wonderful experience at Fred Haas Toyota World and would definitely go back if I needed another car. After driving my old Rav4 for seven years I decided to go look for something else while my car and would definitely go back if I needed another car. My sales person was Chris and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about what stock they had and what options were available. I hate the haggling aspect of car buying and was very pleased with my experience with the internet department of Fred Haas. Jonatan was willing to do a lot of the pre-work over the phone which made the whole process on site so easy. I was greeted promptly when arriving at the dealer with forms ready to fill out, but never felt phone which made the whole process on site so easy. Because most of the work was done on the phone I asked to look at the car and it was already at the front ready to inspect. He explained all the features of the car and answered questions. I was happy with the price that was finalized and the financing which was better than my bank. I'm so glad that my sister-in-law recommended him after he sold her a Camry Hybrid and will recommended him and Fred Hass to friends who are shopping. More

Best car buying experience ever!!!! Lydia had my truck appraised and I left the dealer so she could fight to get me the money I wanted. I called her after I left to find out she got me what I wanted on t appraised and I left the dealer so she could fight to get me the money I wanted. I called her after I left to find out she got me what I wanted on the trade and told her what I wanted. When I went back to the dealer she had the deal worked out and I signed the papers without seeing the vehicle. When I saw the truck for the first time I was shocked.
