On July 3, 2012, my unoccupied 2011 Toyota Camry was hit in a parking lot and totalled. I went to Fred Haas Toyota World and rented a car. I was told on 07/09/2012 by my adjuster that my car was totalled in a parking lot and totalled. I went to Fred Haas Toyota World and rented a car. I was told on 07/09/2012 by my adjuster that my car was totalled and by 7:00 p.m. I had purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry. I had called Beth in Internet Sales who I had spoken with before and she had cars selected for me to look at when I arrived at the dealership. Her service was nothing less than excellent and her obvious caring about my situation was obvious. Fred Haas Dealership offers excellent service from the phones all the way to the service and collision center. They care about how you perceive their dealership. In return for their EXCELLENT SERVICE and the way they have treated me since 2003, I have grown to care about many of the individuals there. This, is a red carpet dealership when it comes to customer care and they have more than earned the loyalty and respect of this customer. Mr. Shah was very professional, honest, and knowledgable about the automobiles he sales. Our experience was excellent. My wife and I came in on Saturday knowing the lot was closed and Bo was up there on his day off to help and answer questions. we came back in on Sunday and worked that poor m Saturday knowing the lot was closed and Bo was up there on his day off to help and answer questions. we came back in on Sunday and worked that poor man half to death. We have poor credit to say the least and Bo as well as Wes worked hard to get the deal done. We were only buying a car because our old car finally died. We really didnt have much money to put down but these guys really went out of their way to get us back on the road. More

I contacted Fred Haas Toyota dealership after receiving a flyer indicating that they could put me in a car. Before officially responding to the flyer, I call the dealeship and spoke with Robert Hutching. A flyer indicating that they could put me in a car. Before officially responding to the flyer, I call the dealeship and spoke with Robert Hutching. After explaining my situation to Mr. Hutching, he responded in a very reassuring tone that they could possibly get me in a car and for sure would do their best. Although I felt good after to speakding to Mr. Hutching, I entered Fred Haas Toyota dealership with complete skepticism that not only would I not find the car I wanted, but that I would not be approved becuase of my crdit. Without hesitation, Mr. Hutching requested the information he suggested that I bring and proceeded to provide them to the credit manager. Althouhg he qualified his actions as being subject to approval by the credit department, within a few minutes Mr. Huthing came back and indicated that he would take me out to the lot to find a car that would fit the preliminary credit approval profile that the finance manager had prbobley received from the bank. This was extremely impressive because Mr. Hutching did not waste mines or his time lookng at cars that I would not qualtiy to buy, but yet I got a chance to look at the best cars on the lot that my credit profile would allow me to purchase. After a few minutes of searcing (and my looking at cars that I would not qualify for), we came upon the exact car that I had dreamed about for the past couple of years, which was a 2005 Toyota Avalon. The car was in superb condition and had very low mileage. It was like it was still new. After being allowed to take the car for a test drive, Mr. Huthing, provided me with the Carfax report, while at the same time indicating that the car was originally purchased from the dealership, it had one owner, and all of the mechanics records were on the dealership's premises. He then brought me to see the credit manager (known as EJ, although I cannot rememvber his last name) who indicated that I was approved for the purchase of the 2005 Toyota Avalon. I cannot express how pleased I was with all the levels of service and the friendly and courteous treatment I received from everyone with the dealership. However, non of this would not have happened if my first impression of the dealership was not initiated by Mr. Hutching. I am confident that the wonderful treatment and service I received was the direct result of his interaction with the others at the delarship on my behalf. I am thankful for having such a good advocate. More
