I have never been so happy to spend money on a vehicle. What a pleasant experience. I walked in with a lot of trepidation and anxiety. After a bad experience somewhere else I was starting to lose faith and trust that we would find something not only that we could afford, but also that we liked and would be proud to own. Shawn and Billy changed my attitude and quickly put me at ease. Never once did they try to push me into something or try to pressure me into a specific truck. They took into account what I said were my preferred options and did their best to calmly, respectfully, and patiently take me around the lot to help me find the perfect one. After selecting our Tundra they did an excellent job showing us pricing and helping us figure out all the available rebates. Even negotiating was a breeze and we were thrilled to get the truck of our dreams right in our budget! Todd in the Finance department made the paperwork portion go by quickly and easily. By the time we were done with all that, our new Tundra had been filled with a full tank of gas and was glistening in the Texas sunlight! Billy also took the time to show me what all the different buttons inside our new Tundra were for and even set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone. Once again, I have complete faith in this dealership. I HIGHLY recommend it and am even looking forward to returning in a few months for my first service visit! More

we looked online for the perfect car and did we ever find it. we went to one other dealership (not fred haas toyota world) and the service was horrible. the other place gave my husband and me a hard time, wa it. we went to one other dealership (not fred haas toyota world) and the service was horrible. the other place gave my husband and me a hard time, was literally yelling at us about trying to get the other car down $100 and made us feel stupid for even going there. bad decision and such a headache. when we arrived at fred haas toyota world we were expecting the same thing having heard stories of car salesmen and our previous experience(no offense). when we arrived there were many different people to help us. Syed approached us and asked if we needed anything and when we said just looking... he didnt push us at all about what or why or when... we found the car we had seen online with ease. when we asked if we could take it for a test drive he was quick to get the keys. went for a ride and fell in love with the blue toyota corolla. when we went back to talk to syed in the office about the car, he was honest and told us that it was displayed online for $15,500 thought the sticker on it said almost $18,000. that stood out to us... he was not and did not "shark" us.we did the paper work for it that day and came back the following day to finish as it was late. Syed called us that first night and told us that he would not be there the next morning to assist us but that he had asked his friend to assist us while he was away.(yet again that stood out) a snag happened with our financial paperwork and our credit unions fax machine... needless to say we were there some time, but everyone was so kind making sure we were okay and comfortable while we waited. syed came in a little later as he told us he would and was surprised to see us there. he made sure that we were out of there within 30 minutes of his arrival. if i ever have to get another car... i hope i am luck enough to have him sell it to me... he was a complete gentleman and handled himself very well. he has a diligent customer now. i feel like he truley listened and met all the needs we had More
