My husband and I have been looking for a specific used vehicle for the past two weeks. We had looked at at least two other dealerships besides Fred Haas Toyota World. The first time we came in to look for this vehicle we were greeted by Syed Shah. He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and eagerly showed us what he had available that we might be interested in. Syed Shah was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although we couldn't find the vehicle we were looking for, Syed assured us he would keep looking for us. Sure enough within the next day or two Syed called us to let us know of some other vehicles we might be interested in looking at, but I kindly told him they were not what we wanted. Syed did not give up as he called my husband in a couple more days to let us know about two more used vehicles that came in over the Memorial Day holiday. My husband waited for me to get home from work and told me about them. It was about 8:00pm and the Dealership closed at 9:00pm so we had to hurry. My husband called Syed Shaw and one of the vehicles had sold, but Syed said the other was still there. We arrived at the Fred Haas Toyota World late. Syed was with another customer, but was very gracious and said he would be with us shortly. Shortly thereafter he came and gave us the key to look at the vehicle. We went and looked at it and YES it was what we wanted! It needed cleaning but Syed assured us it would be cleaned up the next day. Syed never gave up on finding us the right vehicle and had a pleasant professional personality and great attitude. We purchased the vehicle that night. I also want to say the financial officer was very pleasant and informative and so was the manager who came out and talked to us. Even though it was the end of a long day, the staff at Fred Haas Toyota World went above and beyond what was expected! More
