Mr. Shah was very helpful in getting us approved for a vechile. My husdbands car stopped working unexpectacly. My family has been going to Fred Haas Toyota World since 2005. On our first visit, we met Lydia Farias. Someone had given us her name, but we can't recall who it was. All I know is, when we first met Lydia, we liked her immediately. In 2005, my son, Sean, was thinking about buying a Toyota Corolla, and although we knew the Corolla was an excellent car, we ultimately decided to the car because of Lydia. Lydia is such a sweet lady, and she knows her stuff. When my father was ready to buy a new car, he was already considering the Camry. Sean and I took him to meet Lydia. Like Sean and I, my dad liked her immediately. He drove out the same day with a new Camry. He occasionally pops in to see Lydia for no reason other than to chat a little bit and to see that warm, smiling face of hers. Lydia is most definitely a people person, and you can tell her feelings are genuine. Generally, I do not care for sales people because of the insincere auras they often give off, but this is not so with Lydia. My credit is not yet where I want it to be, and I want to rebuild it, so with my dad's help (and my son's), I purchased a new Camry on May 28th. Of course, the person we came to see was Lydia. Whenever I hear of someone looking to buy a car, I tell them about Lydia and Fred Haas Toyota. The gentleman in finance, Newell Peck, was also a pleasure to deal with. He was very personable and made all of the "signing" of paperwork an easy and delightful experience. I am very happy with my purchase... the car is beautiful inside and out, and it drives so nicely!
